Individual Reading - Part 5

The death came to Strickland with the name of leprosy. After the news of his infection he wanted to go deeper to the jungle of Tahiti, but Ata didn’t want to let him go. They just continued to live as a couple, with the full isolation from the society and local people. Even after the blindness, which was caused by the final stage of his leprosy? Nevertheless, he had continued his working progress, painting and writing on the walls of his house. Only the doctor of Strickland, who actually came to that place too late (Charles was already dead) could see this on - wall painting. And he was extremely devastated by this work – so miraculous and marvelous was this painting, full of world’s grace and sense of whole humanity – the work of the man, who could transform the thought of the Universe to the Art Form and did it with such greatness and blessing light. Charles could escape from the prison of this damned creature, which gave him this bless and this curse, but his last words were connected with his final wish- to burn this house and Ata couldn’t disagree with her husband. After the return back to London the narrator decided to visit Miss Strickland.  She was in a good material status, after the death of her sister and forgot about previous years of life in the house, which was full of her husband’s paintings. During the conversation with her, the narrator remember young son of Ata and James – and maybe the spirit of a furious genius of his father and the splendid pure calmness of his mother would reunite in this boy and the story about another Master would be risen Who knows.

Individual Reading - Part 4

The time for Strickland to uncover the veil of mistery over his works had come and he was ready to show them to the narrator. And the narrator was admired by these paintings – the power of the Universal Mind was visible on these canvases, as the pattern of life was inside Strickland’s body and mind and these powers  strangled and poisoned artist’s soul. The narrator had known, that the last days of his life, Strickland spent on Tahiti .The people told him, that Charles travelled from Paris to Marcel , without any money, and was suppressed by the unknown criminal , he had to use fake papers and escape to Australia ( he was hired as  a common worker ) and then he went to Tahiti. Local people thought, the he was just a typical hobo, and they were upset, that they had to interest to his pictures , as at the day of his death and worldwide popularity , the prices on them were on the top level. An old Tahitian woman found a beautiful young girl for him, a native citizen of that place, named Ata – they were relatives. Soon after the short ceremony of wedding, they came deeply through the forest to settle down and live a quiet life. The future several years were perfect for them, they had a child ,and Ata lived a life without giving the artist some troubles, leaving him for his life’s duty – to be an artist.

Individual Reading - Part 3

But the time for a certain occasion had come during the period of Strickland’s serious illness ( the disease , which was caused by the street way of living, outside infections and the lack of normal food and living capabilities ). Dirk had saved his body and mind, took him to his home and helped him to cure for a long period, with help of his wife Blanche, with whom he was in a great love. After the killing the disease , the angel-patronage of Dirk was “awarded with a gold”. Charles Strickland , full of life and  fresh powers had some “relationships” with Dirk’s wife, Blanche  and she decided to leave his little Dutchman and go with Strickland  ( Dirk was absolutely stunned with “a bland of Blanche”.  But Charles couldn’t understand that, as he lived in his own world an the world of peoples’ emotions was far-far away from him, he was the man of love, but the love to art. After some time Blanche had committed a suicide. She actually loved Charles, but he couldn’t live with a woman, which wanted to be his personal supporter, friend and helper. As soon as he was ready to finish his work with her as a sitter, he went away from her. And Blanche couldn’t return back to her ex-husband Dirk, as she was paralyzed by the awkward words of Strickland ( that she was just a governess, pregnant by another man ).

Individual Reading - Part 2

And after the arrival of the narrator to Paris and after the finding location of Strickland personality, we knew that the ideas and thoughts of Miss Strickland weren’t so accurate. Charles Strickland was living alone, in a very poor hotel, in a dirty room, actually without money enough to be stable in a different city. He told the narrator, that he did a horrible thing, leaving his wife and children ( but despite that fact, he just broke his chains and spread his wings, as his only desire was to become a real master of art – to be a professional and prominent painter and artist.) It was like a sacred power, which helped him to choose such way. The narrator returned back home and had a meeting with Charles’s wife. Miss Strickland was shocked , it was so poison for her, that her husband had to leave his family not for a woman, but for a real art passion ( even with her love to the art itself). After some years the narrator had to visit Paris again and he occasionally met his old friend, Dirk Stroeve , an ordinary Dutchman, stocky, diminutive, comically cut, who was the author of some Italian genre plays. Dirk was the fond of art, and he actually could interpret it on a high level , as his knowledge about the art itself was rather broad. He knew Charles Strickland , he saw his paintings and he thought, that Charles was a really prominent artist with his nice style and experience. And that’s why he gave him a material support to continue his work ( without a thought to be paid back or something like that ). But despite this support, Charles was starving and wandering with  a place to live for a certain period of time – but he screwed all this miserable things, as he could only one aim – to write his pictures and improve his skills and abilities in paintings, even without a wish to be well-known and well-paid master – because after the finishing his work, he just put off his pictures and didn’t show it to anyone.

Individual Reading - Part 1

Soon after the death of an artist  Charles Strickland, his personality as a professional artist was accepted and to recognize him as the artistic genius of painting. And after some time of the lack of the interest to that man, the society had a great splash of news and ideas , connected with this man and the desire to write some essays, memoirs and so on strongly was founded in the core of peoples’ mass. Some of them wrote some dirty things, chained with his personal life and private details, unflattering characteristics (and sometimes even deceitful fiction). The other part was improves in a thought, that Charles was the man of kind heart and open soul  , with lovely family unit and the wish to useful for the society. But the narrator’s mission was to write the real truth about that man, because only he knew him well, and he could just to uncover this dark veil of artist’s bio. The main setting of the story was in the early XX century, when the narrator, an amateur talented writer, who was success in his last novel and was admitted by the literature society of that time, was invited to the house of Strickland,  just because it was very important and stylishly for the aristocratic society of the world to  give some theme parties and gatherings according to the interest. And so Miss Strickland was such a woman. But the evening was paralyzed by the strange occasion, Mister Strickland left his home and wife in order to travel to Paris ( actually, he don’t like such evenings, as he was rather grey and boor man during them, but the reason of his rapid escape was unknown). Miss Strickland was afraid, that his husband left her for beautiful jazz vocalist and she wanted narrator to find the truth.

Film Review - The Artist

The Artist (2011)

Director:

Stars:

Jean Dujardin, Bérénice Bejo, John Goodman

PLOT:
The story was started in the year of 1927, when the film star of silent movies George Valentin was at the premiere day of his new film, which was called “Russian Business”. As a star, he had to be near the entrance with the public to give some autographs to his fans and during that time he unconsciously punched a young woman, Peppy Miller and the next day the photo with these two people being closely together was posted on the pages of Varity magazine. Soon after that , Miller came on the casting of a new movie as a professional dancer and our main hero George forced filming crew to hire this girl as an actress. Depsite El Zimmer’s angry words, the girl was hired and her role was successful and after that her career had made a huge leap. The time has passed and the era of silent films was at the edge of extinction , but despite that Valentin was confident in the thought of last silent film creating and production and so he decided to make the film. The premiere date was similar to his friend’s Miller first sound film appearance.  George was under great pressure and his material status was destructed and moreover his lovely wife Doris made him to escape from the home and to accept her divorce rules. Valentin went to a poor flat to his friend-valet Clifton. In order to be financially stable he had to sell all his personal items and to eliminate Clifton. His cruel wife had an attempt to burn out his photographic films at their own house, and the house was surrounded by the fire , but George’s dog helped his master to save, loudly barking near the building. Peppy Miller  knew, that George was at the hospital with some light burns and she decided to take his back to her house and support his for a little. After some time , his health was raised on the common level and Peppy gave him a scenario of a new sound film and wanted him to play with her, but the director Zimmer was absolutely against that idea, thinking , that Valentin was the man of mediocrity. But Peppy started to blackmail famous director and he finally said his words of acceptance. Poor man George had lost all his life opportunites and decided to commit a suicide, but Peppy rapidly punch out the revolver out of his hands. Peppy could persuade Valentin to dance in a new musical film of Zimmer, and their dance shocked the whole filming crew with its mastery and fresh ideas. In the end of the film Zimmer asked this couple to dance again and George Valentin anwered in a real sound with his voice of a French man , that he would do it with a great pleasure.

It was very strange to know about such "silent movie" in the year of 2011. When I first heard about The Artist, I had a feeling that this will be a movie experience unlike any other: A black-and-white silent film. Now, a lot of people might not know this, but the last black-and-white silent film was Charlie Chaplin's 1936 movie, Modern Times. Then, after that, the black-and-white silent film genre decided to take an extremely long break right until today, where it had made its return with The Artist. And this return was really marvelous. The film gives us the space to fly out from the modern cinema and to admire the blessed epoch of silent film. The direction by Michel Hazanavicious was fantastic, and this movie looks downright gorgeous in black and white. Black and white movies can have more deeper emotions than some movies that are made in color. If we speak about acting, Jean Dujardin really deserved his Best Actor win for his outstanding work as George Valentin. Bérénice Bejo could have won Best Supporting Actress for her terrific performance as Peppy Miller.

This article was published on the May 3rd, 2013, 2013  on the site of
Revolver Magazine by Paige Montgomery and called  " Revolver Golden Gods Awards 2013 " which tells us about the biggest names in rock and metal gathering together at Club Nokia in Los Angeles Thursday night to celebrate the genre and honor their peers at the Revolver Golden Gods Awards 2013.

It's necessary to point out, that hard rock and metal’s answer to the Grammys, Revolver Magazine’s Golden Gods Awards is metal’s chance to show the world the strength of the genre and the camaraderie amongst its artists.

Moreover, Alice Cooper said, that they don’t get invited to the Grammys that often and it’s something different than anything else.

In addition to that, Marilyn Manson, who was Cooper’s tourmate for the 2013 Masters of Madness jokingly added, that they get to see a lot of people we usually tour with and such awards I don’t usually care about unless I get one.

Montgomery  emphasizes the fact, that Five Finger Death Punch front man and Denver-native Ivan Moody made a rare appearance on the black carpet to talk about the band’s upcoming two-album release.

In addition to that, the author can't deny the fact, that the biggest musical moments of the night were the multitude of on stage collaborations and cameos from some of hard rock and metal’s most legendary performers and Anthrax kicked off the show with the night’s first collaborative effort, bringing Pantera’s Phil Anselmo and Rex Brown on stage for “This Love” (Pantera) and Slayer’s “Raining Blood”, which was dedicated to Slayer guitarist Jeff Hanneman; who tragically passed away earlier on Thursday.

Moreover, the author proves the fact, the night was full of memorable performances, collaborations and some surprising winners including the award for Best Drummer, which Halestorm’s Arejay Hale took home, beating out Rush’s Neal Pert.

To draw the conclusion, the author says, that the night ended with the award show’s highly anticipated performance by Metallica. Moreover, the recipients of the 2013 Lifetime Achievement Award also took home the nod for biggest metal moment of the night as award-goers crowd-surfed across the Club Nokia floor and the set featured another Rob Halford cameo for a cover of the Judas Priest classic “Rapid Fire.”

Personally, such awards and shown are more warmer , then Grammy and so on, because there is no any extreme censure and banning for some hard words or actions. People here are opened with their minds and hearts and can give us the real emotion of music – rock music in any it’s wave and style.

Rendering - Week 15

The article was published on April 15, 2013 on the site of New York Times by Ann Powers and which is called “Marilyn Manson, Forever Young and Miserable” and tells us about Marilyn Manson, who performed at Hammerstein Ballroom on Friday and Saturday nights and his tour progress at all.

The author points out , that Manson’s  nuances are stifled by a world view growing as tight as the leather corset that pinched his waxy flesh on Friday as he sang and that on his new album, ''Holy Wood,'' (Nothing/Interscope) Mr. Manson revisits the epiphany that resonates with his young fans: the realization that life is unfair, powerful people (high school teachers, for example, or presidents) can be corrupt, and striving does not guarantee success or even simple freedom.

It’s also necessary to admit, that this is the moral crisis of the bright adolescent, and Mr. Manson's hard music, alternately soporific and purgative, lets fans dwell in such green despair and then scream it out. Moreover, he sang on giant stilts, in clerical robes at a pew decorated with mannequin heads, behind a gun-adorned altar and from a platform that made him look like a titan encased in rock. , roaring :''I am a revolution,''.

Moreover, the reader should not forget that author clearly gives us a thought, that Mr. Manson's discontented howls form a cogent response to family values-based attacks on rock and his concept of the ''Wormboy,'' hated for embodying society's darker side, rings true, as do his surprisingly tender views of disenfranchised youth.

It's necessary to admit the fact, that despite all this ,Mr. Manson has been hounded by authorities on tour and in the press, and now knows the price of playing the nation's nightmare - instead of going beyond mere outrage, he has furrowed deeper in and in add to this his negativity is inching toward thoughtless conservatism: at the concert he cursed the homeless as well as priests and teachers.

The author draws conclusion, telling us, that when the band locked step on Friday, the ensuing noise had a certain gut-wrenching grandeur and it's easy to see why Mr. Manson is loath to give up such an easy rush.

In my opinion, Marilyn and the whole band could create the ideal image of dark group, with so elliptically charged music, but there is no evil inside such genre of rock – it’s just a symbol, a label with an extremely fresh ideas and lovely rhythms .

The article, which was published on billboard.com site on May 23, 2013 by Georg Szalai and called “ Sharon Osbourne With Return To U.K.’s 'X Factor' as Judge” and tells us about Ozzy’s wife back to the chair of X factor judge.

The author tells us, that Sharon Osbourne will return to the U.K. version of Simon Cowell's The X Factorfor its 10th season later this year and adds, that Osbourne will replace Tulisa Contostavlos.

Szalai  emphasizes the fact, that  she will join Take That superstar Gary Barlow, Nicole Scherzinger and Svengali manager Louis Walsh in the search for the nation’s next big singing sensation. Host Dermot O'Leary will also come back and gives us a thought, that the outspoken Osbourne was one of the original X Factorjudges in Britain from 2004 through 2007.

Moreover, the author proves the fact, that it’s the first format change announced for the 10th season, hopefuls will have to survive two sets of auditions, because they will face the judges in an intimate audition room.

It's necessary to point out, that  if they receive three or more yes votes, they will have to perform for the judges in an arena "to prove they can also impress an audience before securing a place at the next stage in the competition," according to the producers.

The author can't deny Sharon’s words, as she said, that she couldn't be happier about coming back for the 10th anniversary of X Factor and that she can't wait to give Gary Barlow a big hug, sit next to the gorgeous Nicole, and of course throw water on dear Louis.

The author draws the conclusion, telling us, that according to the words of Peter Fincham, X's crew delighted to confirm our fantastic panel, who will bring an incredible combined wealth of experience to our 10th series of The X Factor.

In my opinion such show like that has a unique chance to gather all these talented people from all the Albion to be put on public view - and to use their mastery in order to be judged and valued.

Said Osbourne: “I couldn't be happier about coming back for the 10th anniversary of X Factor. I can't wait to give Gary Barlow a big hug, sit next to the gorgeous Nicole, and of course throw water on dear Louis. Yay!"

Peter Fincham, director of television at ITV, said: "We're delighted to confirm our fantastic panel, who will bring an incredible combined wealth of experience to our 10th series of The X Factor. I know I speak for all of us when I say we're looking forward to bringing viewers a brilliant series this autumn."

The article was published on the website of “Rolling Stones" magazine on May 20, 2013, by Andy Greene, which is called "Ray Manzarek, Doors Keyboardist, Dead at 74"" and tells us about Doors co-founder and keyboardist Ray Manzarek died today  in Rosenheim, Germany after a long battle with bile duct cancer at the age of 74
It's necessary to point out, that Robby Krieger,  Doors guitarrist, said, that he was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of his friend and bandmate Ray Manzarek today . In addition  to that, he said, that he just  was glad to have been able to have played Doors songs with him for the last decade and that Ray was a huge part of his life and he will always miss him.

It would be unfair for Cavendish , not to mention, that Manzarek grew up in Chicago, then moved to Los Angeles in 1962 to study film at UCLA. Moreover it was there he first met Doors singer Jim Morrison, though they didn't talk about forming a band until they bumped into each other on a beach in Venice, California in the summer of 1965 and Morrison told Manzarek that he had been working on some music.

The author tell us, that they quickly teamed up with drummer John Densmore and guitarist Robby Krieger and began playing gigs around Los Angeles and about a year later, the Doors recorded their debut album for Elektra Records. In addition to that , the group carried on for two more albums after Jim Morrison died in July of 1971, but they split in 1973 and Manzarek remained extremely busy, producing albums for X and playing with Iggy Pop, Echo and the Bunnymen and others. In 2002, he began touring as the Doors of the 21st Century with Krieger and Cult frontman Ian Astbury. To draw the conclusion, Andy Greene tell us , that Without Jim, everybody started shooting off in different directions inside the band. The Doors was the perfect mixture of four guys, four egos that balanced each other and  there were never any problems with 'You wrote this' or 'I wrote that”, but after Jim died the whole dynamic was screwed up, because the fourth guy wasn't there - and the structure have to be broken completely .

In my opinion, the living organism of the band has no major component and we should understand, that such bands can work only in a complete mode – but the loss of such great talents and individuals is a great failure for all the music world, fans and just for ordinary people . Manzarek was the man of creativity  and was one of those , who could “light people’s lives”

This article, which is called "Roger Ebert: The Ultimate Film Enthusiast" was published www.metacritic.com site by Jason Dietz, Metacritic Features Editor
Keith Kimbell, Metacritic Film Editor and Marc Doyle, Metacritic Games Editor on  April 9, 2013 and tells us about Roger Ebert, his enormous leap in the art of writing reviews and progressive style of judging movies.

The authors point out , that the longtime Chicago Sun-Times film critic, who died last week at the age of 70 after a battle with cancer, used a four-star grading scale in his written reviews (as opposed to the binary thumbs up/down system that he and fellow critic Gene Siskel made famous on their At the Movies broadcasts). And it’s rather important to mention, that Similarly, three out of every four Ebert reviews were positive—that's over 3,000 films in our database alone. Moreover, his average grade was 71 (or nearly 3 out of 4 stars on his scale), over 12 points higher than the typical critic's average score.

In addition to that, the authors say, that  Ebert’s tastes ran both broad and deep, and his endorsements carried more weight because his writing was always approachable while also revealing an extensive knowledge and love of film. And of course, he was the rare critic that was both populist and Pulitzer winner, impressed equally by stunning, effects-heavy visual spectacles and more cerebral, dialogue-heavy affairs.
Analyzing the situation it’s necessary to admit, that judging from the response to his death last week, few critics over the past 30 years have influenced as many people and not only was Ebert a truly invaluable supporter of smaller films that might not otherwise get noticed, but he influenced a new generation of writers to enter the field of film and television criticism.

Moreover, the reader should not forget that author clearly gives us a thought, that Ebert's opinions were much closer to scores given by Metacritic users than to those provided by other professionals. In both his grades and his writing, it seems, Ebert was able to speak both to and for the average movie fan, perhaps more so than his contemporaries.

To draw the conclusion, the authors tell us , Roger was a friend of their site colleagues, and a great friend and supporter of Metacritic over the past dozen years and the man who reached out to them to make a few specific recommendations on how we could improve our scoring system.

In my personal opinion, Roger Ebert was on of the most outstanding movie reviewer in the world, as he was educated and smart enough to dig some holes in the film, to understand its ideas and meanings. The man of open soul and clear emotions, helping different people around to world to touch this fragile glass of filming art in the world of darkness and dirty business.

Rendering - Week 11

The article was published  on www.totalfilm.com site, By Daniel Bettridgeon May 2nd 2013 , which is called “Do we put too much importance on trailers?” and discusses the theme, which states:” There's no such thing as a simple, spoiler-free trailer anymore - but is that a good thing? Film writer Daniel Bettridge weighs in with his thoughts.”

The first thing that needs to be said is , that proving that the customer is always right (or perhaps that Ben Affleck in Mallrats hit the nail on the head when he said that they’re always an asshole), Paramount were forced to refund a punter in New Zealand last month after he complained that an explosion from a trailer for Tom Cruise’s Jack Reacher failed to make it into the final cut of the film.

It's a noticeable fact that , the explosion where the whole cliff comes down was the defining part of the ad that made me really want to go see the movie. Moreover, 130-minute movie based on a split second scene from a TV promo is indicative of just how much stock we now put into trailers.

The author points out the fact, that  trailers themselves are nothing new, but since the advent of the internet the movie marketing machine has gone into overdrive, cranking out a veritable conveyor belt of content in the months leading up to a major movie release. The author also admits, that In fact , people can’t swing a LOLCat online these days without hitting some sort of teaser, trailer, or a behind-the-scenes-featurette-about-the-making-of-a-GIF-of-the-sneak-peak-of-the-trailer.

It wouldn't be unfair for the author not to say, that people   can’t remember the last time they went into a film without having already seen a large proportion of it, a personal choice that consistently strips the spectacle out of even the most exciting cinema experience.

In addition to that, the author says, that whereas directors used to keep their powder dry, today they’re guilty of showing us too much in an effort to entice us into auditoriums

To draw the conclusion, Daniel tells us , that dodern trailers in particular seem less concerned with telling us what the movie will be about and more bothered with spoiling every special effect, action set piece and punchline it will contain and as a result we’re inundated with on-screen moments which inevitably start to lose their lustre by the time we see them at the cinema, no matter how stunning they may have originally been

To my mind, the beauty of trailer is to resurrect man’s soul from the grey daze of routine and try to teleport somewhere in the world of Another Life, showing sometimes its marvelous storylines first scenes or just to make people admire with all that that was seen on the screen. It’s a hard work not to destroy the mystery of hidden truth of the film but to raise a seed of human interest with help of short video.

This article was published on Posted on April 10, 2013, by  Barry Hughes , on www.filmcheck.org site , which is called " Where To Get Free Videos Online and To Watch Movies Online " and tells us, that people nowadays are spending a lot of their time in front of a television or a compute and in fact watching videos, either on the Internet or TV, seems to have become a national hobby.

It is undeniable fact for the author, that there was a time when we all used to buy or rent VHS tapes to watch a movie at home. Moreover, the world has now shifted to the likes of VCDs and DVDs, but thanks to the increasing popularity of the Internet, it is now possible to access and playback feature films, music videos, cartoons etc without spending a penny! Welcome to the new era of free videos.

What is more, no matter what your favorite program on television is, there are a plenty of sites that offer free videos of songs, movies, sitcoms and even news and these could be available for a download or it could be a streaming video.

The author can't deny the fact, that every onesit of the major website is moving in to catch on this craze of online videos. To give us an example, Barry tells about Talk of Yahoo, MSN or Google, and that all of them have their own hosting facility and most of these can be accessed as free videos.

Moreover, the latest offering in the field of free videos is the daily news ,as you can now watch daily news, as it happens, on the websites of the likes of CBS, CNN etc. Another new phenomenon catching fever is hosting of personal videos - these are the home productions that are uploaded on the host sites and are usually available for free.

To draw the conclusion, the author tells us , that who says you need money to buy things, as there are some good things in life that come for free, but the only catch is that you should be looking for it in the right place.

In my personal opinion, the world of massive net is a ultimate resource hole, which gives us a chance to use its materials in order to be entertained, educated enough. With the help of such invention, as the Net, millions of important terabits are flying in the clouds of this miracle, and we can use it in a right way, understanding, that some things are worth buying

Rendering - Week 9

This article was published By Jaklei  Mutombo on April 12, 2013, on the www.twcenter.net website, which is called “The deadly ill rebel of words and his brilliant copycat” and tells us about a book-transformation-to-film  review of “1984” by Michael Radford

The author points out , that the story of “1984” ( originally by George Orwell ) revolves around the lead character Winstons life in a world split by three superpowers- Oceania and its government called Ingsoc ( Eastasia and its culture of deathworship, Euroasia and its neo-bolshevism form of society and at all three nations are dystopias that represent what Orwell thinks could be the result of extremist political ideas.

The author also adds, that the movie 1984 is an acceptable popcorn movie by modern standards (Initially he preferred to shoot the movie in black and white but luckily the arranged distributor (Virgin films) botched that idea.) Moreover, Deakins then decided to run the whole movie through a colour saturation filter , to filter flirts with the environment of the book.

The author admits, that in the novel different races are represented and emphasized as a common denominator between the three superpowers, they’ve changed Incsoc’s “salut” or “sign”, call it whatever you want, from the traditional fascist fistsalut to a X formed through crossing ones forearms and in addition to that, the film is clearly gives the theme - the original meaning of the symbols was to put a political theorem into the spotlight.

It would be unfair for the author , not to mention, that film’s main themes of the storyline is different - metaphorically speaking; it is like if Michael Radford was the emotional equalient of a fourteen year old girl at the time when he wrote the manuscript - the theme of the book was a political message the author can summarize in one sentence “Totaliarism can happen anywhere, so be careful”. However, apart form that several other social and political issues where brought up and debated in different ways.

Moreover , analysing the situation it is necessary to emphasize that the story is focused on the relationship between Winston and Julia, with the main theme of forbidden love, the disillusioned party members, the plight of the proles, Julias background, the emotionally gripping discussion between Oneil and Winston when the couple decides to join the fake brotherhood and many other events of the book are completely left out of the movie.

The author tell us, that all things considered it is a great movie, because he was never expected it to match the quality of George Orwells masterpiece and he was surprised that it even managed to hold its own. But at the same time, Mutombo  has to blame shame Radford did not make the cinematic story of 1984 into a trilogy, cause’ even though the book is short the story is epic, too great to be told in one hundred and six minutes.

To draw the conclusion, the author says, that . for the movie’s ability to properly recreate 1984 in a different form without loosing its original meaning and subtle messages the author give it a four out of ten possible and  as standalone movie meant to entertain and appease its audience Mutombo give it a seven out of ten possible.

To my mind the film-interpretation of this epic masterpiece of Orwell really could by more wider and with the aim to touch every theme upon the storyline progress – as this word not only for great fast-actions on-screen , but with the blessed idea to understand the depths of writer’s flight.
