The film was such a big success - thank to superior acting of the three main performers. Tony Curtis as Joe makes a parody of  the man of kind heart – the man of act and strong emotion. Jack Lemmon with the role of Jerry( Daphne ), played brilliantly with all his man’s humor in a appearance of a woman . He also had a wonderful co-operation with Wilder (7 movies, including 'The Apartment'). And of course, Marilyn Monroe. The woman of so extremely acting clarity Sensual. With all her charm and sensitivity – with the help of her acting the stereotype of “blonde woman” was born, but in that time – such woman were deprived of banality and vulgarity, dirt and frank evil – thanks to this woman.  This film can cause only positive thoughts and ideas, as it’s a  Foundation of the American cinema – the cinema of live people, with their emotions and thoughts, their wins and fails, with love and sincere dedication to the world of peoples’ hearts and minds.
